The TM/TMV professional bench-top corking machines for natural and synthetic corks are manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, with the corking head equipped with precision-finished stainless steel inserts.
They are suitable for natural cork and synthetic stoppers with diameters of 22, 24 and 26 mm, and can also be optionally equipped for 28 mm corks on request.
The corking cycle is fast, taking approximately 2 seconds, reducing stress on the bottle neck. The maximum cork height supported is 50 mm.
The TM and TMV models are equipped with a hopper and mechanical agitator, allowing continuous cork feeding. The cork is inserted into the bottle by means of a piston operated by a 0.75 kW gear motor, available in single-phase or three-phase configuration.
Compared with the TM model, the TMV version also includes a vacuum corking system or nitrogen injection device.
