Vibrating Table For Grape Feeding And Distribution

The vibrating table is designed to ensure the uniform feeding of grapes before the sorting or destemming stages, optimizing the production flow and improving the overall efficiency of the winemaking process.

The vibrating motion distributes the grapes evenly across the working surface, providing a continuous and uniform feed to the downstream equipment while facilitating manual sorting.

The vibrating deck is perforated over approximately half of its length, allowing excess juice to drain away while providing an initial cleaning of the grapes before processing.

The TVD1 model can be optionally equipped with an electronic variable speed drive (inverter), allowing the feeding speed to be continuously adjusted according to the capacity of the processing line.

The TVD2 model features an upper vibrating deck fitted with a removable screen incorporating longitudinal slots, enabling the automatic removal of leaves and other small foreign materials during the feeding stage.

Key Benefits

  • Uniform distribution of grapes to downstream processing equipment.
  • Continuous and consistent feeding of sorting conveyors or destemmers.
  • Facilitates manual grape sorting.
  • Removes excess juice before processing.
  • Provides preliminary grape cleaning.
  • Adjustable feeding speed (TVD1).
  • Automatic removal of leaves and small impurities through the vibrating screen (TVD2).
