Operation
The operator places the bottle vertically on the dedicated support plate.
By pressing the start button, the two stations apply the front and back labels in sequence.
At the end of the cycle, the operator removes the labeled bottle and places the next one, repeating the operation.
Optional accessory for conical bottles
For labeling conical bottle formats, an additional device must be installed, consisting of:
- Adjustable angled rollers
- Anti-lift device
The anti-lift device (shown highlighted in blue in the product image) prevents the bottle from lifting during rotation while the label is being applied. This is especially important for conical bottles, which naturally tend to rise while rotating due to their tapered shape.
