The SEMPLICE PIÙ stainless steel tank washing device is a technical innovation in the field, enabling highly accurate and precise cleaning operations. Its name was chosen to reflect its ability to deliver MORE. Cleaning tests demonstrated that the objective of effectively cleaning tanks up to 13 meters in height has been fully achieved. It includes a 10" touch-screen display, a 4.0 modem, and a flow meter. This allows the manufacturer to provide customers with a complete machine capable of reaching 13 meters in height, delivering up to 24 bar pressure, while simultaneously offering two additional services: remote assistance and access to a dedicated portal where users can log machine usage, upload cleaning recipes, and access an intranet-style area to monitor winery cleaning operations.
A custom access hatch is included, manufactured according to the client’s specifications in order to connect the unit to the tank. Alternatively, the manufacturer can reproduce an existing hatch supplied by the customer or manufacture one based on photographs.
